Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the QR Lite app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by divZ Prods (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

QR Lite does not collect any personal data or user information directly. The application operates without requiring any personal information or tracking user behavior.

Advertising Data Collection

QR Lite displays advertisements from Google Ads to support the free service. Google Ads may collect data for advertising purposes. This data collection is handled by Google's advertising services and is not controlled by divZ Prods.

Google Ads may collect:

• Device information for ad targeting
• General location data for geo-targeted ads
• App usage patterns for ad optimization
• Advertising identifiers for frequency capping

divZ Prods does not have access to or control over the data collected by Google Ads.

Third Party Access

QR Lite does not share any user data with third parties since no user data is collected by the application. The only third-party service integration is for advertising purposes.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Since QR Lite does not collect user data, these disclosures would only apply in exceptional circumstances as required by law.

Opt-Out Rights

Since QR Lite does not collect any user data, there is no data to opt-out from within the application. However, you can manage advertising preferences through your device settings:

• Reset advertising identifier in device settings
• Limit ad tracking in device privacy settings
• Uninstall the application to stop all ad-related data collection

Data Retention Policy

QR Lite does not collect or retain any user data. Since no personal information is stored by the application, there is no data to delete or retain.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us personal information, please contact the Service Provider (divzprods@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

Since QR Lite does not collect or store any user data, there are no security concerns related to personal information. The application code is secured to prevent unauthorized access, but no sensitive user data is processed or stored.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Disclaimer

QR codes and barcodes generated or scanned by QR Lite may produce incorrect results. Users should verify all scanned information independently before taking any action based on the scanned content.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences resulting from the use of QR codes or barcodes processed by the Application. Users assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and authenticity of scanned information.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
